Is Accidental Over Dose Of Tylenol Life Threatning?

I read the dosing chart wrong that my doctor gave me for my baby for Tylenol. I was only supposed to give him 1.25 ml and and I gave him 2.5 ml should I do something or be worried? He got his two month shots today so he's kind of fussy so I don't know if it's from the Tylenol or shots.

Hi

Dosage of Tylenol is 15mg/ kg/dose. It can be repeated every 6 hrs.

One dose of 2.5 ml instead of 1.25 ml will not cause any harm.
Acetaminophen has very good safety profile.

So do not worry. The fussiness is due to the shots and not due to tylenol.
He might need further doses of Tylenol to get away with pain/ fever etc.

Hope I have answered your query.
Best wishes.
