Is Abortion Possible With Pills?

Hi i missed my periods this month and im not married so is it a sign of pregnancy but both me and my boyfriend are not ready to marry now so,we want to abort this pregnancy,is it possible with pills?Please tell me as im very busy with my office work i cannot stay in hospital so long?

Understand your concern
You have not stay to hospital for abortion.But should be used under observation and guidance of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days. Yo required prescription from gynecologist to get abortion pill. Home use as self medication should be prohibited as it cause serious complication. By procedure 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after hour. Dose should be modified if abortion process will not start. Bleeding more than period with clots and tissue and abdominal pain remain for 3-4 days.
Post abortion USG should be done at 14th day for safe practice to confirm retain bits of pregnancy
