Hallow Dear,
The first cardinal symptom of
pregnancy is missing a period though the conception has taken place about 14 days prior to the date of expected menses. All other cardinal symptoms of pregnancy appear about 10-15 days after missed period. They are:
1.
Nausea &
Vomiting with pica
2. Frequent urination
3. Breast symptoms like engorgement and tenderness, dark discolouration of nipples &
areola with areolar widening, Montgomery's tubercles under the areola and secretions from the nipples on squeezing.
Abdominal cramps is not a symptom of normal uncomplicated pregnancy.
However, your last period was very scanty and so you may suspect pregnancy. But about more than 3 weeks after that your pregnancy test on urine is negative. So the possibility of conception during last cycle has been ruled out. Now you have to look for possibility of pregnancy during this cycle.
Pregnancy test on urine even before missing period is too early to detect pregnancy. These tests give reliable results about 8-10 days after missed period. So you may wait expectantly for your menses to appear. If you miss period, you may repeat this test about a week after missed period.
Alternatively you may opt for
Beta hCG test which can give you reliable results even few days before missed period.
Your current symptoms may be attributed to apprehension of (?) unwanted pregnancy with mental exhaustion. It is a good option to get haemogramme examined.
Anaemia also can cause such symptoms except breast symptoms.
I hope this helps you.
