Is A Wave Of Heat Over My Instep Of The Foot A Concern?
I have felt a wave of heat over my instep of my right foot at various times throughout the day. Never before today have I noticed this. I had an ordinary work day, no falls or injuries. No pain. Just this sensation of heat washing over the top of my foot. Should I be concerned?

Neuropathy or nutritional deficiency could present with such symptoms. Complete blood count, blood sugar levels and serum electrolytes should be tested. Meanwhile, multivitamin injection especially Vitamin-B12 can be administered. Adequate hydration is also required.
