I have read you question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible. the spot on ur throid scan can be a minor nodule and there is no cause for alarm like it can be a minor problem but since doctors have to make every thing sure thats why they advise so many tests and investigate properly you have lupus that can be the cause of fatigue as wel and also if your diabetes is not controlled that can also cause fatigue tiredness etc ....if both of these cnditions are cntroled and fine than it can be thyroid so like there might be excessive or low production of hormones which a re not any problem and can be treated also of u experiance some other symptoms like sweating los of apetite etc than it wil be wise for you to take early appointment .....
