Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You have more dead sperms and pus cells are seen in semen which means infection is there for which you need antibiotics. Drink plenty of water. Get urine culture and sensitivity and take antibiotics as advised by your Doctor. After infection goes, better chance of healthier sperm and pregnancy.
