Is A Small Unilateral Growth In Throat A Cause For Worry?

I have a lot of sinus drainage and had to take a z pack about a week ago. I noticed that a small unilateral growth with same color and texture as tonsils grow. It is very small. The size of an eraser. It happened a while back on the opposite side and went down. Is this a cause for concern?
