Is A Small Brown Mole On The Testicle A Symptom Of Skin Cancer?

I have had a small brown mole on my testicles for as long as I can remember. On my inner left thigh I noticed a new black mole that is raised from the skin. I then checked the mole on my testicles and has grown and turned black. Could this be a type of skin cancer?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
One can now directly confirm cancer on just history.
In my opinion, you should definitely consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination of skin moles.
Sometimes biopsy from the moles is also required two diagnose the nature of lesion.
If biopsy is suggestive of simple mole then no need to worry for cancer.
So consult dermatologist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
