Is A Pulse Rate Of 144 Normal After Exercising?

i am a 70 year old woman, I weigh 172 lbs I do the treadmill five days a week, I do forty minutes, at a 3,0 speed, twenty minutes at a 5.0, and twenty minutes at a 7.0 level I feel great other than I am tired. Am I ok with this, my heart pulse rate fluctrates about 144
