What Causes Low BP Along With High Pulse Rate?

I am a 66 year old woman. I had a stent placed in 2011 and take bp meds. In the last year my pulse has been between 132 to 144. At times my bp is very low e.g. 98/55 - 107/68 and other times normal, but the pulse remains very high. What does this high pulse mean? This is not after activity.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, unless you go get done the EKG nothing would clear second pulse always need to be check by physician, if you do not have any symptoms then it is nothing to worry, high pulse rate and BP being tested by you only and not by physician and it is the clinical examination that need to be done by physician only, when patients reads it that causes the error because of consciousness and it can not be taken positive for any clinical decision hope this information helps.
