i am 11 weeks pregnant with my first child
and i just experienced a mucous like membrane, white in color, with what appeared to be bloody vein-like features. it wasnt followed by any blood or bloody discharge, but is this normal or should i make a trip to the er?

mucus like membrane discharge is not normal.
If there is a amniotic membrane rupture it has leaking.
You should
consult your obstetrician to examine this .
You need ultrasound to check the well being of foetus.
