Is A Large Uterus With Multiple Myomas And Proliferative Endometrium A Cause For Concern?
hi im a filipina my doctors findings are, my uterine corpus size is 9.32x1089x9.71 cm, anteverted & inhomegenous, my endemetrium is .55 cm, isoechoic & not intact, ovaries not seen both, large uterus with multiple myomas , proliferative endometrium , the lower posterior surface size is 9.34x6.97x7.44cm(vol 253.61cc) and there are some myomas found about the size of 3.1x2.37x2.46 , 3.24x2.56x2.82 , 3.2x2.91x2.82, pls give me a good advice , im 41 and single . pls help me

As per your reports, you are having multiple fibroids in your uterus. Nothing much to worry as fibroids are benign and harmless condition and it is readily curable as well.
As the size is small surgery may not be required. You can consult a gynaecologist for further assessment. If you are having symptoms like pain or bleeding, surgical removal may be required.
