Is A Large Black Spot On Left Pelvic Area A Sign Of Cancer?

I had a pelvic x ray today, and seen the x ray. It had a large black spot on the left. I have had a lot of pain in my sacroiliac joint, and touching my hip bone really hurts bad. I can t sleep on my side because of the pain on my hip bone. I also have pain in my knee, and get really bad cramps in my foot. Could this be cancer?
