Is A Fibroadenoma A Serious Medical Issue?

hi,I have a lump in my right breast and doctor sugested me for a ultrasound scan and the result shows that suggestive fibroadenoma .... Whether this is a serious issue and am feeling pain in my breast 2 to 3days before my periods... Can you please help me whether this is a serious issue
