Is A Delayed Period With Soreness And Cramping Signs Of Pregnancy?
Hello. My peroid is about a week late. My breast usually get sore around my period but the last few days my nipples are painful to the touch. My husband and I have been using condoms to prevent pregnancy and have not recalled any mishaps. I do feel bloated and slightly crampy, which I am hoping is my period coming. Do you think I could be pregnant?

Your periods are a week over due.
The other symptoms of pregnancy like nausea & vomiting, frequent urination and breast symptoms (engorgement with tenderness, discolouration of nipples & areola with areolar widening & Montgomery's tubercles under the areola and secretions from the nipples) start appearing about a week to 10 days after missed period. You are observing some of them. So the possibility of pregnancy does exist.
However, one week after missed period, it is always logical to get the pregnancy test done on the overnight early morning first urine sample to confirm the situation rather than just increasing the stress by guess works.
