My periods were due on 20th feb . But its been 9 days now that I did not get my periods. I have this feeling of little heavy lower abs and also bad lower back pain. But I do not have sore breasts. But We are trying to conceive a baby. Does this mean I am pregnant?

I really appreciate your concern, it is not advisable to depends upon the clinical symptoms for pregnancy and in case of doubt the best way is to get done the test and best is sonography, although this may not be pregnancy, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
