Is A BP Of 123/68 And Pulse Of 77 Normal During Pregnancy?

Hi, I did a blood pressure test today as I am pregnant and i've been told to keep an eye on my blood pressure as it was high the other day when I was stressed. I took it today and it was 123/68 with a pulse of 77. Is this a good blood pressure result or is it too high?

Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Your blood pressure is normal and you have nothing to worry about. You are correct that blood pressure needs to be closely monitored during pregnancy. and it should be less than 140/90. Your pulse rate should be less than 100. Hope that answers your question.
Regards, Dr.Imaad.
