Is Watery Discharge From Breast After Abortion Is Normal?
hello , My name is Seema .. and i got the D & C procedure done last saturday 29th jan 2011 ..due to no heartbeat found (8 weeks Stage) , but from yesterday i have some sort of Liquid which is salty flowing from my breast .. its atleast 2 or 3 drops .. What could be this , ?

Understand your concern
Watery discharge from breast after abortion mainly due to hormonal imbalance.
As after abortion progesterone will decrease and estrogen action will dominate lead to discharge from the breast.
It will be become normal with in 4-7 days as body get adapted to hormone.
If not resolves consult the gynecologist and rule out the retain product of abortion by USG scan.
Take rest, analgesic and maintain hygiene.
