Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Migraine has two steps of therapy. One is preventive by taking medications like metaprolol or anti depressants like amitryptilline or SSRIs. Another one is pain management while migraine attack. For that you can use paracetamol or NSAIDs or drugs like sumatriptan as nasal spray or ergots as tablets. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Thanks
