How Can Severe Migraine Be Treated?

Hey, I woke up this morning with a really bad migraine on the left side of my head along with feeling nausea and vaginal bleeding. The bleeding however is not heavy I took Tylenol for the migraine and ate breakfast however I still have the migraine and still feelsick.
