Is Regestrone Safe In The Treatment Of Irregular Periods?

My age is 43, from past 3-4 months my monthly periods are irregular last month i had taken Deviry for 5 days after 15 days of completion of tablet my periods started and there was a flow upto 13 days inorder to stop Dr had advised to take Trapic -E for 4 days after that only flow was stopped,We have pooja in our house on 8th of july my last period was 29th Dr has suggested to wait till 29th and then go for Regesterone - CR but i googled about Regesterone i noticed few compalined saying even after taking that tablets there periods started. I need suggestion on this regard

You can safely continue Regesterone. If periods are still delayed consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
