Hi, my daughter is almost twenty she has polycist ovaries. She was on medication even progyluton Himalaya Evecare. She stopped all medicines for 1year she got periods regularly. But now it is again irregular Dr advised to again start Progyluton do you suggest anything safe because of her age.

Progyluton is safe and used to regularize the period. Other drugs like metformin and progesterone pill in the second half of the period can be used to regularize the period. So use progyluton tablet under the advice of gynecologist with regular follow up
Reduce 10% to 12% weight by doing regular exercise. Avoid excessive sweet/salt/oily food in the diet. Take small frequent meal rather than large meal. Avoid stress and drink plenty of water.
