gastritis is a common complaint in pregnancy and sometimes can be incapacitating. i suggest take TAB RANITIDINE 150mg twice a day for 2 weeks and along with it split your diet schedule from 3 major meals to 6 smaller and 4 hrly meals . this should allow proper digestion and adequate functionality of bowel. also include 10-12 glasses of water in a day to keep yourself well hydrated.
