Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

If you DON'T use other contraceptive pill, then I can suggest PRIMOLUT-N (Norethisterone pill) to delay your period (max 1 week). It is available over the counter.

Usual dose is 5 mg thrice daily, commencing 3 days prior to period due date. After stopping them, you will get your period within 5 to 7 days.

Some side effects like nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramp, irregular spotting, breast tenderness may develop in next cycle if you continue the pill for long time.

Hope I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
