Is Pine Height An Effective Medication For Height Growth?

Hi My name is Murtaza and I am a 21-22 years old boy with 159cm height. I want to become taller, I am so worried about my height. Please help me. There is a drug named Pine Height, should I use it or not? And help me please what kinds of food I use and what kinds of sports I play. Please !!!

Understand your concern
No medicine will increase the height at the age of 21-22 years.
Do not use any advertisement product, it will cause harmful effect and dose not boost your growth hormone. So do not use pine height to increase height.

Height of person will depend on the environmental factor, genetic factor, nutrition factor and also depend on hormone-GH secreted by pitutary galand in the brain.
At the age of 21, metaphysis and epiphysis of bone qill be closed and no further increase in weight occur.

Use shoe lift and maintain good posture. Take healthy diet rich in protein, vitamin and minerals like egg, chicken, meat, milk, banana, green leafy vegetables
Do exercise like stretching exercise under the advice of physiotherapy and gym advicer. Play basket ball, tennis,a and do running.
