Hello,

You have been prescribed Pantoprazole drug for bloating. So gastritis or acid reflux might be associated. Other causes for bloating are as follow:
• Excess fatty foods
• Stress
• Smoking
• Eating too fast
• Functional bowel problem related to stress
• Carbonated drink intake more, etc.

According to cause specific treatment is given. You can take Pantoprazole for 2 weeks. If no improvement then search for other cause as described by me.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
