Hello! To my knowledge, Mega 3 is not recommended specifically for controling the levels of lipids in blood. The values of your lipid profile that you report, are not bad (a little bit higher than the normal range). And the good cholesterol (HDL-chol) is in very good levels.
In my experience, with these values that you report, I would recommend only a control diet and regular daily physical activity.
If you have other questions do not hesitate to write.
