Is MRI Recommended For CLL Patient?

I was recently diagnosed with CLL no treatment as of yet. they do not feel imaging of any kind should be done.. I would like MRI does to see whatmay be going on they cannot tell just from blood work I have a feeling of "fullness" at times in my lung area.. swollen feet and ankles on occasion ( last 3 days) more also for peace of mind would like a look inside your opinions?

Hi,

Most cases of CLL are obvious by various blood tests and basic imaging investigations like chest x ray and ultrasound abdomen. You need not have to get MRI scan done. Staging is done pathologically and your doctor might be aware of it. Do not worry and start further treatment.
