Is Krimson 35 Useful To Avoid Pregnancy?

Hi I am 23 years old. I am diagnosed with PCOS and have been taking medication for it for 5 years now. I take Krimson 35 and finipecia. I m considering having sex for the first time and wanted to know if Krimson 35 would suffice as a contraceptive or will there be a need for a separate pill? Also is there anything else which I need to keep in mind while having sex considering I have PCOS?
