Is IBS Constipation Curable With Ultracet Or Antacid PAN Tablets?

Hello Dr. I had right leg bone ure..lower end tibia. I was given these meds:ceftum 500mg ultracet40mg antacid PAN gemitrol for calcium orfer - for iron zincovit - multivitamin Xeralto 10mg CQL for bone healing Enractin - thrice a day for swelling now my question i have been having IBS constipation since many years..off and on . i noticed when i was on these meds my constipation eased and i had good bowel movements. could any of the above medications helped in easing constipation?

IN the given situation of Yours,You seem to suffer from-IBS-Constipation.Ceftum/ORfer with PAN antacid could be drugs that has helped you to resolve IBS-C.
I would suggest Consults with Surgeon and get physical examination and investigation for other causes of IBS-C ,before starting any definitive treatment accordingly.
