Hi, i do care for your concern.
Both the drugs mentioned by you are the same by belong to different manufacture firms.
These drugs belong to opioid group of analgesic, which is one of the strongest pain medication available.
The imprints on the tablet is for pill identification of international standard, and has nothing to do with the dosage, which will be printed on the label.
This medicine is used in chronic pain conditions.
'Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
