Is FBS Of 74 A Cause For Concern During Pregnancy?

im 6th month pregnant. my fbs is 95 before 3 months. and doctors marked as GDM , they asked me to be in diet. but i didnt follow any diet, before 2 months my fbs is 78 and this month its 74. i took bitter gourd once. my sugar level is normal. i dodnt know why they marked as GDM. im much confused.

well gestational diabetes ranges from 60-99 fasting and pp 100 to 129.as per my advice go with test hba1c its a better long term determinant so u get better picture regarding ur blood control of past 3 months and will get definative answer
