General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have bad obstetrics history and PCOS.
You have to take duphaston and folic acid under the advise of gynecologist.
Both medicine will help in maintain the pregnancy and promote the growth of the baby.
Regular follow up by HCG to monitor the growth of baby.
Beta HCG injection should be given in high risk pregnancy.
Avoid stressful activity and take proper healthy diet.
Hope this may help you
