Is Cheston Cold Syrup The Right Medicine For Cold In A Child?

My 2.5 yrs son has cold. My wife gave him cheston cold 60 ml serup along with tuspel plus syrup ( terbutaline sulphate, Bromhexine hydrochloride, ammonium chloride, and menthol expectorant). Is it safe? She gave it twice. Yesterday night and today morning.
