Is Althea Pill Effective For Skin Treatment?

hi good day! may i ask if i can take Althea pills for skin treatment, before i was used it , everytime my husband was here, and it has good effect in my skin spclly my pimple, for contraceptive this is recomended of my OB,she says that it also has glowing skin if used, and definitely true, but now my husband not here, working abroad, ,,,,should i use ,just for my beautification,,,? thanks

Yes, you can use it if it helps with your acne. Most oral contraceptives are very helpful with acne and sometimes they are used only for this reason.

If you have previous good results with this one then it can be used to help.

Other aspects of acne treatment include: (1)regular cleansing of the skin
(2)use of topical agents such as antibacterial creams, benzoyl peroxide
(3)topical and oral retinoids can be used if there is no response to the above
