Is ASCARD 75mg Advisable During Pregnancy?
Hi.. I am in week 28 of my pregnancy and my doctor has prescribed ASCARD 75mg for me...I have no history of high blood pressure, plus I read on the medication's leaflet that the drug is not recommended for women in advanced pregnancy? I'm a bit scared, actually I'm terrified! What should I do?

Ascard 75 mg is recommended during pregnancy :
-Previous miscarriages in first trimester
-Pregnant women at high risk for preeclampsia.
-May also lower the risk of premature birth by 14 percent and cut by 20 percent the risk of intrauterine growth restriction or IUGR.
You should ask your doctor for what reason gave it to you.
