Is 60 Million Semen Count Effective For Conception?

Hi,
I'm 25 yrs and my husband is 29. I'm trying to conceive for the past 1.5 years. I've taken a complete abdorminal scan and my doctor feels there is no problem in my reports. My husband underwent a semen analysis and hsi sperm count is 60million/ml. The sample hadd 3.5ml. The % of motility of the sperms are:
rapidly progressive:10%
moderately progressive: 10%
sluggishly progressive: 10%.
Is this count not enough to conceive naturally? should we undergo a treatment or would it do if we take protein supplements?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your husband semen analysis report suggest that he has normal sperm count. However he is suffering from asthenospermia. His motility is very low. It is very difficult to conceive naturally with this motility. You should go for semen wash and some artificial insemination technique. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
