3 hours ago I got a small bit of hair dye in my eye. I rinsed it for a minute or two, then another minute or two in the shower. It didn't hurt but I got worried and an hour later rinsed it for about fifteen minutes and ever since then (which is over an hour ago now) my eye feels irritated and slightly painful. It's one thirty in the morning and I really do not want to go to the emergency room. My pain is about a two, no big deal. But if getting treatment now versus tomorrow or the next day might save me pain later I will do it. This seems minor, but I unfortunately looked up "I got hair dye in my eye" on the internet and found gruesome stories of women going to bed after such an incident and waking up in horrible pain. Any advice for me?
