Irritable bowel syndrome, urge to pass stool frequently, bloating, allergy to milk. History of knee joint pain. Treatment?

Hello Doctor.I have been facing IBS problem for the past 2years.It is a horrendous situation, as I feel the urge to pass stool frequently accompanied by bloating and am allergic to milk. Am 29yrs old otherwise healthy lady also have knee joint pain. Kindly advise. Rgards

IF YOU HAVE MILK ALLERGY AND AFTER COMPLETE ELIMINATION OF MILK AND DIARY PROTEINS THERE IS STILL PROBLEM THEN YOU MAY BE ALLERGIC TO OTHER FOODS LIKE WHEAT POTATO OR CHANA
GET BLOOD SERUM TESTS FOR SPECIFIC ANTIBODIES FOR MILK WHEAT CHANA RICE NUTS EGG AND OTHER FOOD YOU TAKE DAILY ELIMINATE THOSE COMING IN TESTS AND AFTER FEW WEEK OF WITHDRAWL YOU WILL BE FINE
