Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Masturbation is not a cause for irregular periods and thyroid disease. To stop , since you have been doing this for so long, would require a lot of self control or will power. You may also need to speak to your partner for assistance in breaking the habit.

Irregular periods can be due to different factors such as: (1) inadequate diet
(2)excess or extreme physical activity
(3)abnormal thyroid hormone level
(4)high levels of prolactin hormone
(5)physical or emotional stress
(6)polycystic ovarian syndrome

Your doctor may consider blood tests and imaging of the pelvis to determine the cause of your irregular periods.

These tests may also help determine the cause of the difficulty conceiving.

Your partner would also need to have a semen analysis done as part of the infertility investigations.

i hope this helps

Homeopath Dr. Mungara Raveendra's  Response
hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns.

-there is no relationship between masturbation and thyroid problems.

- i would come up with two most possibilities to fit your condition of irregular periods and cause obstcle in getting pregnanacy, these include

1.first possibility is,PCOD; POLY CYSTIC OVARIAN DISEASE is one of the main factor of infertility in females nowadays. Women with PCOD have High levels of male hormones (androgens),An irregular or no menstrual cycle ,Many small cysts (fluid-filled sacs) in their ovaries (although this may not always be the case).due to above reason the OVUM CANT BE RELEASED

ultrasound scanning for pelvis may confirm the diagnosis.

2.second possibility is,HYPOTHYROIDISM;blood test for thyroid profile may confirm the diagnosis.

treatment option;
i advise you taking Homeopathic medicines gives safe and permanent cure for your complaints of irregular periods whether caused by hypothyroidism and pcod.

consult your local homeopathic physician for correct diagnosis of the case and remedy to fit your complaints

I hope this is helpful for you, thank you
