Irregular Periods And Having Unprotected Sex. Severe Back Pain And Noticed Pinkish Discharge. Is It A Sign Of Miscarriage?

Hi I was wondering ive always have had irregular periods and I keep thinking I cant get pregnant because im not ovulating. My husband and I are ttc and have been having unprotected sex for the past 6 months. 3 wks ago I took a hpt and it came out negative. 2 days ago I had this brown stain in my panties and I had a lil back pain no big deal and when I wiped there was a lil pinkish brownish stain in the toilet paper. I had the same pinkish thing yesturday and severe back pain and lower tummy pain. My aunt is a nurse in mexico and she said that it could be a symptom of miscarriage. Is it true?

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
First get your urine pregnancy or serum beta-HCG test done to detect pregnancy, after that it will be decided whether you are having miscarriage or withdrawal bleeding.
Take care
