Irregular Periods. USG Shows PCOD. Prescribed Ovarl G, Crisanta. Any Side Effects?

Hi doc im 17 yrs old and have problem of irregular periods . I went to the gyn and she prescribed a usg pelvis .... ov vol and endo. Thickness is normal but they hv mentioned bilaterally elongated and they hv written likely pcod ... and advised hormone correlation. . My doc hd given me ovarl g and I started the periods after 8 days .... we haven't got the hormonal report but she has recommended crisanta
Does it hv any side effects. Should I take it

DEAR MA'M, HI! IF YOUR USG IS SUGGESTIVE OF PCOD, YOU ARE SYMPTOMATIC AS WELL, OTHER HORMONES LIKE TSH/FT4 , 17(OH)P ARE NORMAL, THEN YOU CAN SAFELY START SIMPLY METFORMIN INITIALLY. IF THAT DOES NOT HELP ALONE THEN YOU ADD ON CRSANTA. REGARDS!
