Irregular Periods. Had Hemoglobin Deficiency In The Past. Feeling Tired, Pain In The Body. Cause?

i am a 25 year old female..... in march i got my periods on 12th and in April on 6th.. that early and period was pain full and heavy ..... i usually get painful periods but this was more painful and tiring....according to 6th i should get my periods in 4tha of this moth ith 8th but i haven't got them yet .... there are no chances of pregnancy....... 3 years ago i had hemoglobin Deficiency... i just feel too tired... as all my body parts are paining... plz help me in this

As per your symptoms, you could be having some hormonal imbalance as well as recurrence of the anemia. You should see a specialist for an examination, blood counts, urinalysis and a trans-vaginal sonogram to exclude any cause of this delay. You may need nutritional supplements and analgesics.
