Irregular Bowel Movement, Gastric Pain In Chest. No Improvement With Pegmove. How Can I Overcome This?
For last couple of days I am not having my potty regularly & having pain of gas in my chest region as well. I have seen the Doctor He suggested me Veloz-20, Bifilac and Pegmove. But after taking Pegmove last night I didn t have potty in the morning yet. So can you please suggest how can I get reed of this problem of mine?

you have constipation & in spite of taking medicines prescribed by your doctor what you have to do is just... take warm water in the morning,
take more leafy vegetables in food,
just take 2 teaspoon of isabgol at night with glass full of water
