Irregular And Heavy Periods, Hair Loss, Overweight, Panic Attacks, Tender Breasts, Not Pregnant. Suggestion?

Since the birth of my son 3 yrs ago ihave been having symptoms that are getting worse. I breastfed for ayear and had no periods. Currently my periods are irregular and extremely heavy. My hair has thinned so much that it is half the thickness it used to be. I also cannot loose weight an I am heavier now than when I gave birth. I am also so tired that I can barely make it through the day. I am sometimes dizzy and have trouble concentrating. I also started having panic attacks, abnormal fears, and feel like I am going crazy. My weirdest symptom is tender breasts, and no I am not pregnant. Please help! I go for blood work monday?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the hypertensin developed after the delevery, or harmonal changes in the body, or infection of the birth canal, or anemia. .
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I advise you to take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods. Thank you.
