I feel your pain. I often have insomia....go to bed at 9 or 10pm and fall asleep at 2am.
What can help is:
Chamomile, Passion Flower tea or even lavender.
Avoid caffine it will make you anxious and stay up.
Take a warm bath and relax muscles.
Calming music and positive words to yourself help greatly for insomnia
. Loook up more teas that can help for nausea
