It seems it could be your Thyroid, i'd go have it checked out. This happened to a family member of mine and they ended up just needing some simply medication to speed it up a bit. Some symptoms of an under-active thyroid are:

fatigue, exhaustion
feeling run down and sluggish
muscle cramps

You seem to be suffering from a condition called somatoform disorder, in which psychological problems cause bodily symptoms like sleep disturbance, pain, digestion issues, chest pain and so on. Only relaxation techiques may not help achive remission. It would be better for you to get a Psychiatrist opinion. Good luck...

I feel your pain. I often have insomia....go to bed at 9 or 10pm and fall asleep at 2am.
What can help is:
Chamomile, Passion Flower tea or even lavender.
Avoid caffine it will make you anxious and stay up.
Take a warm bath and relax muscles.
Calming music and positive words to yourself help greatly for insomnia. Loook up more teas that can help for nausea.
