Infection In Vagina. Oral Sex. Suggest Medication. What Is The Cause?

hello doctor
i use to give my girl friend oral pleasures with finger as well as with my mouth but recently she have discovered that she is having infection over there. so my questions are
1) is the infection caused due to oral pleasure which i give?
2) can it be cured?
3) if at all it is cured, will it come again because i took her to a doctor so doc said there are chances to come again. So what can i do for it??
4) what are the medicines and remedey's for the infection not come again?
