Infected lump beside the uvula. Pus formation. Silent heart burn and sinus problems. Cure?

I just noticed a lump right beside my uvula . It kinda looks like it is infecte. It s flesh looking but at bottom looks as though it might have pus in it. My throat is real red and irritated looking. I clear my throat constantly and have been told by ENT that I have silent heartburn and sinus problems. My throat doesn t feel sore. What could this be?
