Infant With Reddish Bumps Near Vagina. Bug Bite Or Heat Rash?

My daughter who is 2 yrs of age had one little red bump on her girl parts. To clarify, it was not inside, more like half an inch from her vagina . thought it was a rash developing but turns out it became a white head. It popped like a pimple . This did not hurt her in any way. There is no other rashes , just that one bump. Could that be a heat rash or a bug bite? Why the white head after 2 days?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query,
I suggest you to apply calamine lotion 2 to 3 times a day.
Keep area clean..do not wipe it just pat it softly.
Wash area from front to back so as to avoid any fecal contamination.
If it persist then local antibacterial like mupirocin can be used.
Wishing your child good health.
God bless.
