Infant With Itching In The Vagina. No Nappy Rash. Foul Smell While Urination. Reason?

hey, my daughters 14months old and for the past few weeks has had sleepless nights and unsettled days were she has been itching her vagina and fidgeting with discomfort she has no nappy rash and when.i took her to the nurse she said she had no signs of thrush but.prescrobed me some cream.incase, we have been using this but with no luck or change in symptoms and now shes also smelling very fishy when urinating

Hi
Your child probably having urinary tract infection as your child is passing very fishy smelling urine and having itching in vaginal region without any rash. Go for complete urine examination after consulting your Pediatrician to look for urine infection and to start antibiotic as needed.
